摘　　要：在新的时代,住培医师的人文素养对于提高医疗服务水平具有重要意义。住院医师规范化培训作为医师终身继续教育的重要过程,为医学生走向临床岗位打下了坚实的基础,但住培期间往往只注重对临床知识及技能的培训,而忽视了对医师人文素养的培育。如今,住培医师人文素养培育存在认知不足、标准不统一、评价体系不完善等问题。为此,需要改善住培医师人文素养培育的认知,完善住培医师人文素养培育标准的举措,如人文教育定位标准化、师资培训标准化、住培基地管理标准化等,并健全住培医师人文素养评价体系。此外,加强人文素养培育的同时需要健全与国情相匹配的科学、系统的住培医人文素养评价体系。文章基于住培医师人文素养培育现状进行分析,提出了相应的举措,以期提升住培医师人文素养,为国家和社会培育出高素质型人才。In the new era,the humanistic quality of resident physicians is of great significance for improving the level of medical service.As an important process of lifelong continuing education for doctors,the standardized training of resident doctors has laid a solid foundation for medical students to go to clinical posts.However,during the period of residency training,residents often only focus on the training of clinical knowledge and skills,neglecting the cultivation of humanistic qualities.Currently,there are some issues such as lack of awareness,inconsistent standards,and a flawed evaluation system in the cultivation of resident physicians'humanistic qualities.To address these issues,it is necessary to enhance the understanding of the importance of cultivating resident physicians'humanistic literacy,improve the standards for cultivating humanistic literacy of resident physicians,such as standardizing the positioning of humanistic education,standardizing teacher training,standardizing the management of residency training bases,and improving the evaluation system for resident physicians'humanistic literacy.In addition,while strengthening the cultivation of humanistic literacy,it is necessary to improve the scientific and systematic evaluation system of humanistic literacy of residential medical training that matches the national conditions.Based on the analysis of the current situation of humanistic literacy cultivation of residential training physicians,the paper puts forward corresponding measures to improve humanistic literacy of residential training physicians and cultivate high-quality talents for the country and society.
