摘　　要：现代信息技术正深刻影响各行业,其在中医养生学人才培养中的应用能显著提升效率与质量。该文概述了现代信息技术内涵与发展趋势,分析了中医养生学人才培养现状,提出构建数字化教学资源平台、强化信息技术应用能力、推动跨学科融合创新等策略。Modern information technology is profoundly impacting various industries,and its application in the cultivation of talents in traditional Chinese medicine health preservation can significantly enhance efficiency and quality.This article outlines the connotation and development trends of modern information technology,analyzes the current status of talent cultivation in traditional Chinese medicine health preservation,and proposes strategies such as building a digital teaching resource platform,strengthening information technology application capabilities,and promoting interdisciplinary integration and innovation.
