摘  要:智能程控机械手由各种机械传动结构和电气控制组成,是机电一体化的代表性产品。技工院校的机电一体化专业教学过程中,往往很难将机和电有机结合在一起进行项目实训。鉴于此,研究智能程控机械手,分析各种机械结构的优缺点,制定关键零部件的加工工艺,并使用相应的加工方式进行机械加工,系统分析机械手的控制原理,制作系统控制电路板,编写单片机控制程序,达到了智能程序控制机械手的控制要求,可应用于机电一体化专业学生的综合实训。Intelligent programmable manipulator is composed of various mechanical transmission structures and electrical control,which is a representative product of mechanical and electrical integration.In the teaching process of mechatronics in technical colleges,it is often difficult to combine machine and electricity together for project practical training.In view of this,the intelligent program control manipulator is studied,the advantages and disadvantages of various mechanical structures are analyzed,the processing technology of key components is formulated and the corresponding processing methods are used for machining,the control principle of the manipulator is systematically analyzed,the system control circuit board is made,the singlechip microcomputer control program is written,and the control requirements of the intelligent program control manipulator are met.It can be applied to the comprehensive practical training of students majoring in mechatronics.
