来华留学生思想文化教育模式探索——以山西医科大学为例

摘　　要：随着国际地位的不断提高,中国已成为最大的外国留学生目的国。思想文化教育是来华留学生教育中的关键一环,是当前高等学校教育工作重中之重。来华留学研究,关注点都在知识传授和课程建设方面,对留学生本身的跨文化适应问题和思想文化教育问题缺乏重视。基于问题,山西医科大学在国际学生培养理念、思想教育体系、教育方式等方面进行多重探索,形成了以“FAMILY”为核心的教育模式,产出了一批国际学生理解中国、融入中国、传播中国的典型事例,成为省内来华留学生教育研究的领跑者。With the continuous improvement of its international status,China has become the largest destination country for for-eign students.According to the 2008 yearbook of the Ministry of Education,there are more than 500 colleges and universities admit-ting international students,and the number of international students has exceeded 220,000,coming from 188 countries and regions.Throughout the past studies on studying in China,the focus is on knowledge transfer and curriculum construction,and the cross-cul-tural adaptation and ideological and cultural education of international students are not emphasized.Ideological and cultural educa-tion is a key part of the education of international students,and it is the most important work of higher education at present.Based on the problems,Shanxi Medical University has carried out multiple explorations in international students’cultivation concepts,ideo-logical education system,education methods,etc.Formed an educational model with“FAMILY”as the core and has produced a number of typical examples of international students'understanding of China,integrating into China,and spreading China,and has become a leader in the research of education for international students coming to China in the province.
