摘 要:目的探讨大学生手机依赖、领悟社会支持、生活满意度、负性情绪之间的关系。方法采用智能手机依赖量表简版、领悟社会支持量表、生活满意度量表和抑郁-焦虑-压力量表对四川省成都市某高校的大学生展开调查。共发放问卷1300份,回收有效问卷1228份。对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果大学生手机依赖与抑郁、焦虑、压力等负性情绪呈显著正相关,与领悟社会支持和生活满意度呈显著负相关。中介效应分析结果表明,手机依赖直接预测大学生负性情绪(β=0.40,P<0.01);领悟社会支持和生活满意度分别在手机依赖与大学生负性情绪之间发挥独立的中介作用(β=0.036,P<0.01;β=0.037,P<0.01),两者还共同形成链式中介效应(β=0.022,P<0.01)。Bootstrap检验表明,领悟社会支持和生活满意度的单独中介作用及链式中介效应均有统计学意义。结论手机依赖不仅直接导致大学生的负性情绪,还通过降低领悟社会支持和生活满意度间接影响负性情绪。Objective To explore the relations among university students’smartphone dependence,perceived social support,life satisfaction,and negative emotions.Methods A survey was conducted on students from a university in Chengdu,Sichuan Province,by using short version of smartphone addiction scale,perceived social support scale,life satisfaction scale,and depression anxiety stress scale.A total of 1300 questionnaires were distributed and 1228 valid questionnaires were collected.The relevant data were statistically analyzed.Results Smartphone dependence in university students was significantly positively correlated with negative emotions such as depression,anxiety,and stress,but significantly negatively correlated with perceived social support and life satisfaction.The results of the mediation effect analysis showed that smartphone dependence directly predicted negative emotions in university students(β=0.40,P<0.01);perceived social support and life satisfaction played independent mediating roles between smartphone dependence and negative emotions in university students(β=0.036,P<0.01;β=0.037,P<0.01).The two also jointly formed a chain mediation effect(β=0.022,P<0.01).Bootstrap test showed that both the individual mediation effect of perceived social support and life satisfaction,as well as the chain mediation effect of the two,were statistically significant.Conclusion Smartphone dependence not only directly leads to negative emotions in university students,but also indirectly affects negative emotions by reducing their perceived social support and life satisfaction.
