路易·艾黎创造性教育对当代职业教育的现实借鉴

摘　　要：近年来,中国的职业教育师生人数不断增加,教育规模逐渐扩大。同时,职业教育的生源不理想,办学条件相对较差,产教融合不足。通过分析路易·艾黎创造性职业教育思想,旨在找到当代职业教育可以现实借鉴的方法。In recent years,the number of teachers and students in vocational education in China has been increasing,and the scale of education has gradually expanded.At the same time,the source of students for vocational education is not ideal,the conditions of running schools are relatively poor,and the integration of production and education is insufficient.The purpose of this paper is to find a method that contemporary vocational education can learn from by analyzing the ideas of Rewi Alley's creative vocational education.
