摘 要:随着互联网技术的飞速发展,传统的人力资源管理方式面临着严峻的挑战,需要进行创新和改进。通过借助信息技术,如大数据分析、人工智能、云计算和社交媒体,人力资源管理可以更加智能化、个性化和灵活化。基于此,本文围绕如何在互联网时代实施更有效的人力资源管理,以提高组织绩效和员工满意度展开研究,主要探讨了各种信息技术在招聘、培训、绩效评估和员工参与方面的应用,以及它们对组织的长期发展和竞争力所产生的影响。With the rapid development of Internet technology,the traditional human resource management method faces severe challenges and needs to be innovated and improved.With the help of information technology,such as big data analysis,artificial intelligence,cloud computing and social media,human resource management can become more intelligent,personalized and flexible.Based on this condition,this paper focuses on how to implement more effective human resource management in the Internet era,so as to improve organizational performance and employee satisfaction,and mainly discusses the application of various information technologies in recruitment,training,performance evaluation and employee engagement,and their influence on long-term development and competitiveness of organizations.
