摘　　要：病案用以记录患者在院治疗就诊情况、诊治过程等,包含诸多有价值的信息,既是医疗科研信息资料,又是维护医患利益的依据。因此病案管理直接体现了医院的管理水平,但部分医疗机构轻病案、重医疗的情况已经影响到医院的长久发展。基于此,本文就如何充分利用信息技术管理病案展开论述,旨在进一步完善病案管理信息化建设,塑造医院良好形象。Medical records are used to record the diagnosis and treatment process of patients in the hospital,and contain a lot of valuable information,which are the information of medical care scientific research,and also the basis for maintaining the interests of doctors and patients.Therefore,the management of medical records directly reflects the management level of hospitals,but some medical institutions underemphasize medical records and highly emphasize medical treatment,which has affected the long-term development of hospitals.Based on this condition,this paper discusses how to make full use of information technology to manage medical records,aiming to further improve the construction of medical record management informatization and create a good image of hospitals.
