福建省五年制高职教育的现实困境及优化策略

摘  要:五年制高职教育是现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分,通过中高职在产教融合、专业建设、教育教学、资源共享等方面的集约化整合,实现一体化贯通培养专科层次高素质技术技能人才的培养目标。本文通过实地走访、与联办中职校座谈等调研方式,以福建省为例,深入分析了五年制高职教育存在的主要问题,并吸收和借鉴我国其他地区五年制高职人才培养的成功经验,提出了优化福建省五年制高职教育的对策,以期加强技术技能人才五年一体化贯通培养,推进五年制高职教育高质量、特色化发展。Five year vocational education is an important component of the modern vocational education system.Through the intensive integration of industry and education,professional construction,education and teaching,and resource sharing in secondary and higher vocational education,the goal of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents at the vocational level is achieved through integrated training.Through field visits,discussions with joint vocational schools,and other research methods,taking Fujian Province as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the main problems existing in five-year vocational education,and critically absorbs and draws on the successful experience of five-year vocational education in other regions of China.It proposes strategies to optimize five-year vocational education in Fujian Province,in order to strengthen the integrated five-year training of technical and skilled talents,and promote the high-quality and specialized development of five-year vocational education.
