技术赋能下生鲜农产品冷链物流质量提升途径研究

摘　　要：冷链物流承担生鲜农产品从产地商家到消费者的运输、配送等环节任务,满足消费者的生鲜农产品选购与冷链物流质量需求。结合冷链物流的技术类别与及其赋能分析,从技术投入与冷链物流效率要求、技术运用与冷链物流质量标准要求、技术管理与冷链物流成本管理要求、技术综合与冷链物流价格要求等方面系统分析技术赋能的冷链物流质量要求。研究表明:技术赋能冷链物流需要通过注重技术需求测算,精准分析技术投入;加强技术综合运用,优化冷链物流模式;加强冷链技术分析,系统管理冷链成本;注重技术实践管理,优化冷链物流线路;增强信息技术运用,高效管理冷链信息等途径提升生鲜农产品冷链物流质量和运营管理效率。Cold chain logistics undertakes the tasks of transportation and distribution of fresh agricultural products from the origin or merchants to consumers,which meets the purchasing needs of consumers and the quality of cold chain logistics.Based on the technical categories and empowerment analysis,the paper analyzes the quality requirements of technology empowerment in cold chain logistics from the aspects of technology investment and efficiency,technology application and quality standards,technology management and cost management,technical integration and price requirements.Research shows the ways of quality improvement of cold chain logistics for fresh agricultural products from the aspects of focusing on measuring technology needs,analyzing technology investment accurately,strengthening comprehensive application of technology,optimizing cold chain logistics models,enhancing cold chain technology analysis,systematically managing cold chain costs,emphasizing technical practice management,optimizing cold chain logistics routes,enhancing information technology application,and efficiently managing cold chain information.The aim is to improve the quality of cold chain logistics for fresh agricultural products and enhance management efficiency.
