摘  要:目的探讨柯式评估模型在本科新生心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)培训的应用效果。方法采用整群抽样,选取2022年9月徐州市三所大学14047名本科新生做CPR知识与技能的问卷调查,对入选新生做基于柯式评估模型的CPR培训,从反应、学习、行为和成果四方面进行问卷回答与线下操作考试等方式的综合评估,并对学生得分与一般情况进行多元线性回归分析。结果2022年本科新生CPR的知识模块得分低,培训前评分仅(2.94±0.56)分,培训后学生对课堂反馈与课堂评价良好,知识模块得分明显高于培训前(加权均分5.16 vs.2.82分,P<0.05),学生急救信念显著增强。多元线性回归分析表明,学生知识模块得分与户籍性质、学医、亲属身体情况及家庭经济情况有线性关系(P<0.05),但与性别的相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后能基本掌握CPR操作的学生达到84.7%。结论基于柯式评估模型的CPR培训效果良好,但由于本科新生的CPR知识与技能基础较低,仍需要进行连续且系统的CPR培训。Objective To explore the application effectiveness of the Kirkpatrick model in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)training for the undergraduate freshmen.Methods In September 2022,all 14047 undergraduate freshmen of three universities in Xuzhou were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on CPR knowledge and skills.Subsequently,we provided novel CPR training based on the Kirkpatrick model for all freshmen.A comprehensive assessment,including questionnaire responses and offline practical exams,was conducted in the aspects of reaction,learning,behavior and outcomes.The multivariate linear regression analysis was further performed to examine the relationship between students′scores and their general situations.Results The knowledge and skills scores of CPR was low among undergraduate freshmen in 2022.The pre-training score was only(2.94±0.56)points.After the training,students gave good feedback and evaluation of the classroom,the scores significantly increased after training compared to pre-training(weighted average score 5.16 points vs.2.82 points,P<0.05).There was a significant improvement in students′beliefs regarding first aid.Multivariate linear regression analysis indicated a linear relationship of students′knowledge and skills module scores with household registration,medical major,relatives′physical conditions and family economic situations(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant correlation with gender(P>0.05).The number of students who can basically master CPR operation reached 84.7%.Conclusions The CPR training based on the Kirkpatrick model assessment is good,but due to the privation of knowledge and skills of the freshmen,continuous and systematic CPR training is still in demand.
