摘 要:后扶贫时代,教育扶贫在阻断贫困代际传递、促进社会公平和推动经济发展等方面的作用更加凸显。教育扶贫的价值逻辑主要体现为彰显中国特色社会主义制度的独特优势,促进社会公平,提升贫困地区的自我发展能力,推进教育现代化。教育扶贫不仅要提供物质支持,更要通过提高教育质量、优化教育资源配置、推动教育与产业融合及强化扶智与扶志并重四大策略培养贫困人口的自我发展能力和社会适应能力,以教育扶贫释放人力资源动能,实现教育扶贫对社会公平的追求,助力贫困地区可持续发展,形成具有中国特色的教育扶贫话语体系和治理方案。In the post-poverty era,education plays a more prominent role in blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty,promoting social equity and promoting economic development.The value logic of poverty alleviation through education is mainly embodied in highlighting the unique advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,promoting social equity,enhancing the self-development ability of poor areas,and promoting the modernization of education.Poverty alleviation through education should not only provide material support,but also cultivate the self-development ability and social adaptability of the poor population through four strategies:improving the quality of education,optimizing the allocation of education resources,promoting the integration of education and industry,and strengthening the equal emphasis on intellectual development and aspiration,so as to release the kinetic energy of human resources through education poverty alleviation,realize the pursuit of social equity through education poverty alleviation,and help the sustainable development of poor areas.Form a discourse system and governance plan for poverty alleviation in education with Chinese characteristics.
