摘　　要：《段逸山解读医古文》作为段逸山教授60年精研医古文呕心之作,是一部自先秦至明清“尽道修身养性、为人行事之人生哲理”的54万言、80篇的医古文佳作,体现了段逸山教授作为坚守的好古者,具有坚实的真学问,是一位坚挺的大先生。该书坚持“广泛搜罗众释”和“一词不二释”的原则,纠正以往著述中的一些不妥阐释;搜罗大量的古人读书强调领悟文意、用心感受的生动故事,提出医古文教学“必须强调解读”的要求;欣然接受出版社“改繁体字为简体字”的建议,大胆改变目前医古文校释中惯用的保持使用繁体字表现的传统做法,为中医药文化更广泛的普及做出了大胆的尝试。As a masterpiece of Professor Duan Yishan’s 60 year intensive study of ancient medical texts,Interpretation of Ancient Medical Literature by Duan Yishan is a 540,000-word collection of 80 pieces of ancient medical texts and their interpretations from the pre-Qin period to the Ming and Qing dynasties,embodying the philosophy of“cultivating one’s character in daily life and deeds”.It reflects Professor Duan Yishan’s steadfast adherence to ancient medical culture and literature,a solid foundation of knowledge,and his character of being a venerable scholar.The book adheres to the principles of“extensive collection of interpretations of ancient texts from diff erent periods”and“utilizing only one interpretation for each phrase”,and corrects inappropriate interpretations in previous compilations.It collects a large number of notes and annotations from ancient Chinese literature,and emphasizes understanding the meaning of the text and feeling the lifelike stories behind texts with heart,proposing the requirement that the teaching of medical ancient literature should focus on interpretations of original texts.Professor Duan Yishan gladly accepts the publisher’s suggestion to change traditional Chinese characters in the book to simplifi ed ones,bravely altering the traditional practice of using traditional Chinese characters in the interpretation of ancient medical literature,thus making a bold attempt to promote the wider dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine culture.
