摘 要:中国智造推动“产业文化进教育、工业文化进校园、企业文化进课堂”,使高职毕业生成为新兴产业的主力军。针对高职毕业生就业政策不完善、就业结构失衡、供需矛盾和劳资矛盾突出、社会对职业教育存在偏见等问题,文章调研国内外工业文化在不同历史时期的发展道路,立足工业文化核心素养导向办学,强调工业文化特色课程标准作用,全面提升教师队伍的工业文化素养,成立工业文化建设工作团队,尝试探索一条工业文化对接专业课程,培养适应现代产业需求的高素质技术技能人才的创新之路。Chinese intelligence is leading a new trend of"integrating industrial culture into education,bringing industrial culture into campuses,and incorporating corporate culture into classrooms"aiming to shape vocational college graduates into the core force of emerging industries.In response to issues such as employment policy flaws,imbalanced employment structure,sharp contradictions between supply and demand as well as labor and capital,and social prejudice for vocational college graduates,this paper proposes to take the core literacy of industrial culture as the educational direction by studying the development course of industrial culture at home and abroad.It emphasizes the importance of strengthening industrial culture characteristic courses,comprehensively enhancing the industrial cultural literacy of the teaching staff,and forming an industrial culture construction team.This initiative aims to explore a new path that combines industrial culture with professional courses to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents that meet the needs of modern industries.
