摘　　要：文章从明晰中国特色职业教育资历框架的研究源起入手,阐释职业教育资历框架建设的由来、内涵与基本特征。从宏观、中观、微观视角揭示中国特色职业教育资历框架建设的现实阻遏,并为中国特色职业教育资历框架建设探寻一条破局的应为之路,一方面通过界定核心素养、知识类型、技能标准、能力评价等相关标准,赋予职业教育资历框架中国特色,另一方面通过国家支持、纵横融通、统一评定、对接国际、推进试点等举措,促进中国特色职业教育资历框架落地实施。This paper starts with exploring the origin of the vocational education qualifications framework with Chinese characteristics,elaborating on its construction background,connotation,and basic characteristics.Then,it analyzes the practical challenges faced by the construction of the vocational education qualifications framework with Chinese characteristics from macro,meso,and micro perspectives and proposes an exploratory path to break through the predicament.Specifically,on the one hand,it is necessary to clarify key elements such as core competencies,types of knowledge,skill standards,and capability evaluation to endow the vocational education qualifications framework with distinct Chinese characteristics.On the other hand,it is necessary to ensure the effective implementation of the vocational education qualifications framework with Chinese characteristics through national support,vertical and horizontal integration of the system construction,establishment of unified assessment standards,implementation of strategies that connect with international standards,and promotion of pilot projects.
