摘 要:新质生产力的孕育而生对民办高校的人才培养提出了新使命,要求民办高校抓住历史发展的契机,加快变革与新质生产力相适应的民办高校人才培养模式。新质生产力视域下的民办高校人才培养模式锚定教育、科技、人才“三位一体”的运作逻辑,涉及人才培养诸多领域的协调发展,旨在通过确立基于创新能力塑造的人才培养目标、实施基于知识颠覆性创新的课程开发、推行“产学研”一体化的高效能实践教学、打造科技适应的卓越型师资队伍、搭建以创新人才培养为中心的质量保障体系等举措推动民办高校人才培养的提质增效。The birth of the new quality of productivity has put forward a new mission for the talent training of private universities,requiring private colleges and universities to seize the opportunity of historical development and accelerate the reform of the talent training model of private colleges and universities that is compatible with the new quality productivity.Under the background of new quality productivity,the talent training model of private colleges and universities anchors the operation logic of the“trinity”of science and technology,education and talents,and involves the coordinated development of many fields of talent training,aiming to promote the quality and efficiency of talent training by establishing the talent training goal based on innovation ability,implementing curriculum development based on knowledge disruptive innovation,implementing high-efficiency practical teaching with the integration of“industry-university-research”,building an excellent teaching team adapted to science and technology,and building a quality assurance system centered on the cultivation of innovative talents.
