摘  要:以高质量旅游教育推进旅游强国建设,是新时代旅游高等教育的重要使命和任务。作为我国旅游高等教育体系的重要组成部分,MTA(旅游管理硕士专业学位)教育教学应当顺应“旅游+”向“+旅游”的时代转型,通过细化培养目标,打造特色办学;创新课程设置,注重实践教育;优化师资队伍,加强校企合作;强化内外约束,构建实践考评体系等方式,将跨学科教育理念贯穿MTA旅游管理人才培养路径之中,助推我国高等院校MTA教育高质量发展。In the new era,the crucial objective of tourism higher education is to facilitate the development of a robust tourism sector and a superior tourism education system.As a significant component of China s tourism higher education system,the Master of Tourism Administration(MTA)education and teaching programs must align with the transition from a“tourism plus”to a“plus tourism”approach.By refining the cultivation objectives,establishing distinctive educational programs,innovating the curriculum and prioritizing practical education,optimizing the teaching staff and enhancing collaboration between academic institutions and enterprises,strengthening internal and external constraints,and developing a practical assessment system,the concept of interdisciplinary education has been integrated throughout the whole process of MTA talent training,thereby propelling the high-quality advancement of China's higher education institutions.
