摘  要:课程思政与思政课程协同育人是以“立德树人”为根本任务和核心目标。《民法学》课程思政要求在马克思主义指导下的育人导向,将思想政治教育渗透到《民法学》专业知识中。思政元素的挖掘与融入教学是《民法学》课程思政的重点和难点,《民法学》课程思政采取“一依据、三结合”和“四融入原则”将思政元素融入《民法学》教学;明确各方协同以推进《民法学》课程思政建设、科学设计《民法学》课程思政的教学体系及其根据实际情况采用适宜的教学方法等路径。Educating by collaborating curriculum-based course ideological and political education with ideological and political courses is viewed as the fundamental mission and core goal in strengthening moral education and cultivating people.Taking ideological and political education in the course of Civil Law requires the orientation of educating people under the guidance of Marxism,and penetrates ideological and political education into the professional knowledge of Civil Law.Exploring and integrating ideological and political elements is the key and diffi cult point of the course of Civil Law.Taking ideological and political education in the course of Civil Law should integrates the ideological and political elements into the teaching by adopting“one basis,three combination”and“four integration principles”.In the course of Civil Law,it is clear that all parties should cooperate to promote the ideological and political construction,scientifically design the teaching system and adopt appropriate teaching methods according to the actual situation.
