摘 要:为了解高校心理委员的胜任力现状及影响因素,通过线上问卷调研的方式对河南省郑州市4所高校心理委员进行调查。结果显示:心理委员的整体胜任力水平良好。在性别、是否主动学习心理学知识、是否担任学生干部、自我评价以及工作经验等方面差异显著;不同层级的心理委员胜任力水平差异显著。因此,在选拔和培养心理委员时,应综合考虑候选人的学生干部经历、心理学知识背景和工作经验等因素,并根据不同层级心理委员的需求和特点,制订个性化的培训计划,提升其专业能力和适应性。For understanding the competence and influencing factors of college psychological commissioners,a survey on the psychological commissioners of four universities in Zhengzhou,Henan Province was conducted through online questionnaire research.The results show that the overall competence level of the psychological committee is good.There are significant differences in gender,whether one actively learns psychological knowledge,whether one serves as a student leader,self-evaluation,and work experience;there are also significant differences in the competence levels of psychological counselors at different levels.Therefore,when selecting and training psychological counselors,it is necessary to take into account the candidate’s experience as student cadres,background in psychology knowledge,and work experience,and develop personalized training plans based on the needs and characteristics of different levels of psychological commissioners to enhance their professional abilities and adaptability.
