基于层次灰色关联分析法的高职院校专业建设评价模型研究

摘　　要：高质量的专业建设不仅关系学校的声誉和竞争力,而且直接影响学生的学习体验和就业机会。通过构建科学合理的专业建设评价体系评价专业建设的成效,是各“双高”院校专业建设评价的必由之路。结合常州信息职业技术学院大数据技术专业的建设和发展情况,从人才培养目标与成果、师资队伍建设等6个维度选取50个评价指标,构建了三层次专业建设评价指标体系,并利用模糊层次灰色关联分析法进行专业建设综合评价实例分析。层次灰色关联分析法可以较好地反映出高职院校专业建设的真实情况,有助于提升高职院校专业建设的综合评价水平,也为筛选专业建设评价主要影响因子以及确定权重提供一种相对科学严谨的方法。High-quality professional construction is not only related to the reputation and competitiveness of the school,but also directly affects the learning experience and employment opportunities of students.Constructing a scientific and reasonable professional construction evaluation system and evaluating the effectiveness of professional construction is a necessary path for evaluating the program construction in“double high”colleges and universities.Based on the construction and development of big data technology major in Changzhou College of Information Technology,50 evaluation indicators were selected from six dimensions,including talent training goals and achievements,and teacher team construction,to construct a three-level evaluation index system for professional construction,and a case analysis of comprehensive evaluation of professional construction was carried out by using fuzzy hierarchical grey correlation analysis method.The hierarchical grey relational analysis can reflect the real situation of professional construction in higher vocational colleges,help to improve the comprehensive evaluation level of professional construction in higher vocational colleges,and also provide a relatively scientific and rigorous method for screening the main impact factors and determining the weight of professional construction evaluation.
