数字时代新型职业农民工匠精神培育研究

摘　　要：当前,数字技术赋能乡村振兴成效显著。新型职业农民作为现代农业产业发展的重要力量,亟须培育工匠精神。数字时代新型职业农民工匠精神培育研究可以从两个层次、四个维度分析工匠精神内涵以及新型职业农民工匠精神内涵。文章针对数字时代新型职业农民工匠精神培育存在的农民职业理想缺失、教育投入不足、缺乏个性化设计以及教育途径单一等问题,提出构建培育“大课堂”、完善培育主体多元供给、优化培育方式、加强培育基础保障等新型职业农民工匠精神培育的有效路径。Currently,digital technology has significantly empowered rural revitalization.New professional farmers,as an important force in the development of modern agricultural industries,urgently need to cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship.The research on cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship in new professional farmers in the digital age can analyze the connotation of craftsmanship spirit and the connotation of the spirit of craftsmanship in new professional farmers from two levels and four dimensions.The article proposed effective paths for cultivating the craftsmanship spirit of new professional farmers such as building a“big classroom”for cultivation,improving the diversified supply of cultivation subjects,optimizing cultivation methods,and strengthening the cultivation of basic guarantees to address the issue of the lack of farmers’professional ideals,insufficient education investment,lack of personalized design,and single educational channels in cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship in new professional farmers in the digital age.
