基于“阴阳中和”理念探讨《黄帝内经》的诊疗养生观

摘　　要：中医药是中华文明伟大复兴的先行者,是助推中华文化复兴的重要力量,而“阴阳中和”是中华传统文化底蕴悠久的理念,可将中医学理论的奠基之作——《黄帝内经》中的诊疗养生观念进行统合。《黄帝内经》讲求“天人合一”的传统文化意蕴,在“阴阳中和”理念下,疾病的发生会导致两种面向——“有失动态生和之道”和“违逆聚合守中之理”,而治疗的原则是借助天地自然之道来“调和致中”。《黄帝内经》诊疗养生的最终目标皆是“归一”,“法于阴阳,和于术数”是《黄帝内经》给出的“归一”方法纲领,“形神合一”与“内外合一”则是“归一”的两个具体指导。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture is the forerunner of the great rejuvenation of Chinese civilization and serves as an important force in promoting the revival of Chinese culture.The concept of“harmony between yin and yang”is deeply rooted in Chinese traditional culture and integrates the diagnostic,therapeutic,and health preservation concepts from Huangdi's Canon of Medicine,the foundational work of TCM theory.Huangdi's Canon of Medicine emphasizes the cultural essence of“unity between heaven and man”.Under the concept of“harmony between yin and yang”,the occurrence of diseases can lead to two aspects:“loss of dynamic vitality”and“deviation from the principle of gathering and maintaining balance”.The principle of treatment involves harmonizing and restoring balance by drawing upon the natural principles of the universe.The ultimate goal of diagnosis,treatment,and health preservation according to Huangdi's Canon of Medicine is to achieve“oneness”.The methods prescribed by Huangdi's Canon of Medicine for achieving“oneness”include“following the principles of yin and yang”and“adhering to the techniques and numbers”.Furthermore,the specific guidance for achieving“oneness”includes the integration of“body and spirit”and“internal and external unity”.
