摘 要:目的:探讨微信辅助教学法在内分泌科规培生带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月于安徽理工大学第一附属医院内分泌科轮转学习的规培生30名作为对照组,选取2022年1—12月于安徽理工大学第一附属医院内分泌科轮转学习的规培生30名作为观察组。对照组实施传统教学法,观察组实施微信辅助教学法。比较两组技能考核成绩、培训满意度。结果:入科前,两组理论、技能考试分数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出科时,两组理论、技能考试分数均高于入科前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组培训效果、教学评价评分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:微信辅助教学法在内分泌规培生带教中的应用效果较好,可提高规培生的综合能力和规培满意度,值得推广。Objective:To explore the application effect of WeChat-assisted teaching method in the teaching of endocrinology training students.Methods:Thirty regulated students who rotated in the Department of Endocrinology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Science and Technology from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and 30 regulated students who rotated in the Department of Endocrinology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Science and Technology from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group implemented traditional teaching method and the observation group implemented WeChat-assisted teaching method.Comparison of the two groups'skill assessment scores and training satisfaction.Results:Before admission to the department,the difference between the theory and skill test scores of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);at the time of discharge from the department,the theory and skill test scores of the two groups were higher than those before admission to the department,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.001);the training effect and teaching evaluation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of WeChat-assisted teaching method in the endocrine training students'teaching is more effective,which can improve the comprehensive ability of the training students and the satisfaction of the training,and is worth to be popularized.
