摘 要:在当今教育领域,乡村小学科学教育的创新性发展已成为提升国家整体教育水平的关键。任务驱动导向强调以实际任务为载体,通过解决具体问题来促进知识的内化和技能的提升。在这一背景下,乡村小学科学教师队伍的创新性建设不仅关系到学生科学素养的培养,也是推动乡村教育均衡发展的重要途径。然而,目前乡村小学科学教师普遍面临资源匮乏、专业发展机会有限等问题,严重制约了教师队伍的创新能力和教学效果。因此,本研究旨在探讨如何在任务驱动导向下,加强乡村小学科学教师队伍的建设,以期为乡村教育的可持续发展提供理论支持和实践指导。In today's education field,the innovative development of science education in rural primary schools has become the key to improving the overall education level of the country.Task driven orientation emphasizes using actual tasks as carriers to promote the inter⁃nalization of knowledge and the improvement of skills by solving specific problems.In this context,the innovative construction of science teachers in rural primary schools is not only related to the cultivation of students'scientific literacy,but also an important way to promote the balanced development of rural education.However,currently,science teachers in rural primary schools generally face problems such as resource scarcity and limited opportunities for professional development,which seriously restrict the innovation ability and teaching effec⁃tiveness of the teaching staff.Therefore,this study aims to explore how to strengthen the construction of science teacher teams in rural pri⁃mary schools under task driven guidance,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of rural education.
