摘　　要：胶东花饽饽作为胶东地区每逢佳节及良辰吉日必不可少的民俗食品,也是民俗文化的符号载体,承载了胶东地区人民对美好生活的向往。文章从符号学的角度上对胶东花饽饽进行民间文化符号探索研究,挖掘民俗食品节礼文化的内涵和创新意义。Jiaodong Huabobo,as an essential folk food during festivals and auspicious days in Jiaodong region,is also a symbol carrier of folk culture,carrying the people's longing for a better life in Jiaodong region.The article explores and studies the folk cultural symbols of Jiaodong Huabobo from the perspective of semiotics,and explores the connotation and innovative significance of folk food festival culture.
