摘  要:目的:分析家长培训在孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年1—12月临沂市妇幼保健院收治的ASD患儿80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。两组患儿均接受常规康复护理,在此基础上对研究组ASD患儿家长进行培训。对比两组孤独症患儿行为评价量表评分、Gesell发育量表评分。结果:干预后,两组自我照顾、运动及交往评分降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组适应性、大运动、精细运动、语言和个人-社会评分升高,研究组个人-社会评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过家长培训可改善ASD患儿的感觉、交往能力及个人-社会行为,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of parental training on children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods:A total of eighty children with ASD treated in Linyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with forty cases in each group.Children in both groups received routine rehabilitation care,and parents of children with ASD in the study group received parental training on this basis.The scores of Behavioral Assessment Scale and Gesell Developmental Scale were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of self-care,exercise and communication were lower in two groups,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of adaptability,gross motor,fine motor,language and individual-social were increased in both groups,and the individualsocial scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Parental training can improve the sensory,communicative ability and individual-social behavior of children with ASD,which is worth promoting and applying.
