摘　　要：高等教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,在新时代背景下,高校办学质量与社会各行业发展息息相关,财务会计工作作为高校运行管理的重要组成部分,其重要价值不言而喻。知识经济时代下,高校办学工作面临新的挑战和机遇,在高校内部会计管理方面同样需要与时俱进,以高质量人力资源管理为基础,为财务会计工作的顺利实施保驾护航,在准确把握高校会计部门人力资源管理相关需求的同时,真正形成全面的财务会计工作体系。Higher education is an important component of China's education system.In the context of the new era,the quality of university education is closely related to the development of various industries in society.Financial accounting work,as an important component of university operation and management,its important value is self-evident.In the era of knowledge economy,the work of running universities is facing new challenges.In terms of internal accounting management in universities,it is also necessary to keep up with the times,based on high-quality human resource management,to ensure the smooth implementation of financial accounting work.While accurately grasping the relevant needs of human resource management in university accounting departments,a truly comprehensive financial accounting work system should be formed.
