课程思政视阈下的公路运输管理实务课程教学改革探索

摘　　要：教育部《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》明确指出,全面推进课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措,也是全面提高人才培养质量的重要任务。文章以现代物流管理专业核心课程公路运输管理实务为例,立足“一个核心、三个维度”的课程思政目标,按“以终为始”的反向设计思路,从课程思政目标倒推课程思政与专业知识的结合点,提炼思政元素,开发课程思政专题素材库,秉承“知行合一、润物无声”的课程思政教育理念,创新实施“线上线下、课内课外、校内校外”三线并行教学模式,寓价值引导于知识传授和能力培养中。Guidelines for the Construction of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Education Curriculum issued by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China clearly points out that comprehensively promoting the construction of ideological and political education in curriculum is a strategic measure to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,and is also an important task to comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation.This article takes the core course of modern logistics management,Highway Transportation Management Practice,as an example.Based on the goal of"one core,three dimensions"in courses with ideological-political elements,following the reverse design approach of"taking the end as the starting",the integration point of courses with ideological-political elements and professional knowledge is inverted from the goal of courses with ideological-political elements.The ideological and political elements are extracted,and a special material library of courses with ideological-political elements is developed.This paper adheres to the ideological and political education concept of"integrating knowledge and action,moistening things silently"in the course,innovatively implementes a three line parallel teaching model of online and offline,in class and out of class and on campus and off campus,and incorporates value guidance into knowledge transmission and ability cultivation.
