摘　　要：物流行业的数智化转型为物流企业带来了诸多机遇与挑战,也对物流专业的教学提出了更高的要求。文章针对物流数智化背景下物流管理专业教学存在的问题,结合物流信息管理课程的特点和学校的办学定位,以“强化理论、重视实践、提高兴趣、培养技能”为四阶教学目标,提出“课—研—赛—创”融合的研究性教学模式及“夯基础、重实践、多维评、善创新”的具体实施策略,以提高教学质量,最终实现物流管理专业应用型人才培养目标。The digital and intelligent transformation of the logistics industry has brought many opportunities and challenges to logistics enterprises,and put forward higher requirements for the teaching of logistics major.Focusing on the problems in the teaching of logistics management major under the background of logistics digitalization and intelligence,combined with the characteristics of the logistics information management course and the education orientation of universities,and with"strengthening theory,emphasizing practice,improving interest,and cultivating skills"as the four stage teaching objectives,this article proposes a research-based teaching model that integrates"course-research-competition-innovation"and a specific implementation strategy of"consolidating foundation,emphasizing practice,multi-dimensional evaluation,and good innovation",in order to improve teaching quality and ultimately achieve the goal of cultivating application-oriented talents in logistics management major.
