摘  要:目的:了解天津某市属高校实施"大类招生,分类培养"后,本科生专业决策自我效能感和专业适应的状况及相关关系.方法:使用专业决策自我效能感和专业适应状况问卷对300名本科生进行问卷调查.结果:实施"大类招生,分类培养"人才培养模式下,本科生专业决策自我效能感平均得分为(3.0343±0.73033)分;本科生专业适应性平均得分为(2.7685±0.33933)分.不同性别的本科生在专业适应性总体水平上有显著性差异(P<0.01);是否有创新创业项目经验的本科生在专业决策自我效能总体水平、专业适应性总体水平上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).本科生专业决策自我效能感总体水平及各维度与专业适应性总体水平及各维度均显著正相关(P<0.01).结论:该所学校本科生专业决策自我效能感处于中等水平,专业适应性普遍处于中等偏上水平,本科生专业决策自我效能感与专业适应性水平存在较为密切的关系.Objective:To understand the state of undergraduate students'self-efficacy in professional decision-making and their adaptation to their majors after the implementation of the"Broad Admission,Specialized Training"talent development model at a municipal university in Tianjin,and to analyze the relationship between the two.Methods:A survey was conducted among 300 undergraduate students using questionnaires on professional decision-making self-efficacy and professional adaptation.Results:Under the"Broad Admission,Specialized Training"talent cultivation model,the average score of undergraduate students'professional decision-making self-efficacy was(3.0343±0.73033),and the average score of their major adaptation was(2.7685±0.33933).There was a significant difference in the overall level of professional adaptation between male and female students(P<0.O1).Additionally,students with entrepreneurial project experience showed statistically significant differences in both the overall level of professional decision-making self-efficacy and professional adaptation(P<0.05).A significant positive correlation was found between the overall levels and dimensions of professional decision-making self-efficacy and professional adaptation(P<0.01).Conclusion:Undergraduate students'self-efficacy in professional decision-making at this university is at a moderate level,while their major adaptation tends to be above average.There is a close relationship between self-efficacy in professional decision-making and major adaptation.
