摘 要:基于生源多样化背景,以肿瘤免疫学课程为例,针对学生知识基础、学习风格、学习目的三方面的差异开展研究生专业课的差异化混合教学实践研究.在学生分析的基础上从课程的教学内容、教学资源、教学活动、教学方法、教学环境等方面进行差异化的混合教学设计.教学实施显示差异化的混合教学可以有效提升学生的参与度、低分段学生的学习效果和学生对课程的满意度,有利于提升课程的整体教学质量,促进新时代医学发展所需要的拔尖创新人才培养.To explore differentiated blended teaching practices in graduate professional courses,with a focus on the Tumor Immunology course,addressing student diversity in terms of knowledge base,learning styles,and learning objectives.Based on an analysis of students'backgrounds,the research implemented differentiated blended teaching designs covering various aspects such as course content,teaching resources,teaching activities,teaching methods,and learning environment.The implementation of differentiated blended teaching significantly improved student engagement,learning outcomes for lower-performing students,and overall course satisfaction.It contributed to enhancing the overall teaching quality of the course and supported the development of top-tier innovative talent necessary for the advancement of modern medicine.Differentiated blended teaching practices effectively address the diverse needs of graduate students,thereby fostering a more inclusive and effective learning environment and advancing the training of innovative professionals in the field of medicine.
