摘  要:目的:评价多元化教学模式在妇科住院医师规范化培训中的效果.方法:对40名规范化培训医师随机分组,以综合测评作为教学评判标准.结果:在妇科住院医师规范化培训中引入多元化教学模式,试验组学员教学效果与对照组相比有明显提高(P<0.05).试验组总体感受满意度达95%.学员对带教老师的指导水平评价各项指标满意度均可达90%及以上.结论:多元化教学模式教学效果良好,弥补传统教学模式缺陷,有效提高住院医师临床教学质量,值得推广.Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of diversified teaching models in standardized training for obstetric residents.Methods:Forty standardized training physicians were randomly assigned to groups,with comprehensive assessments used as the standard for evaluating teaching effectiveness.Results:The introduction of diversified teaching models in the standardized training for obstetric residents significantly improved the teaching outcomes in the experimental group compared to the control group(P<O.05).Overall satisfaction in the experimental group reached 95%.Satisfaction with the guidance level of teaching staff was above 90%for all evaluation indicators.Conclusion:Diversified teaching models are effective in enhancing clinical teaching quality for residents,addressing the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods.Their successful application suggests they are worth promoting.
