摘　　要：身体活动被认为是一种治疗癫痫的非药物手段,癫痫儿童青少年可通过增加身体活动促进身心健康。本文对癫痫儿童青少年身体活动概述、癫痫儿童青少年身体活动现状、身体活动参与的影响因素以及促进策略进行综述,以期为今后医务工作者针对癫痫儿童青少年开展身体活动干预及临床实践相关研究提供借鉴,最终改善其生活质量。Physical activity is considered a non-pharmacological treatment method for epilepsy,and children and adolescents with epilepsy can promote their physical and mental health by increasing physical activity.This paper provides an overview of physical activity in children and adolescents with epilepsy,reviews the current status of their physical activity,explores the factors influencing their participation in physical activity,and discusses strategies for promoting physical activity.The goal is to offer insights for healthcare professionals to develop physical activity interventions and conduct clinical practice-related research for children and adolescents with epilepsy,ultimately improving their quality of life.
