政治社会化视角下民进党当局“海洋国家”的想象与建构研究

摘　　要：地理教育是实现政治社会化的重要途径,也是国家认同教育的核心,通过传递明确的领土认同意识,激发民众的地理想象,对国家认同概念的形塑作用显著。自2016年重新执政以来,民进党当局刻意加强并突显对“海洋国家”这一政治性地理概念的建构,赖清德的“就职演说”也进一步强调发挥所谓“海洋国家”的优势。民进党当局将“去中国化”的政治操作延伸到台湾地区中学地理教育层面,改造台湾地区的地理归属、区域认同和政治定位,对台湾地区青少年的国家认同观念造成严重扭曲。通过对20世纪中后期以来台湾地区中学地理课纲与教科书的内容分析后,我们观察到民进党当局借助“海洋国家”地理教育推进“去中国化”的具体模式及其复杂性影响。“海洋国家”地理教育正在逐步推动“台湾主体意识”在年轻世代中发展壮大,并加速台湾地区政治的“本土化”转型。Geography education functions as a vital mechanism for facilitating political socialization and serves as a foundational element in the national identity education.It has a significant shaping effect on the concept of national identity by transmitting a clear sense of territorial identity and stimulating individual's geographical imagination. Since returning to power in 2016, the DPP authorities have deliberately strengthened and highlighted the construction of the political geography concept of “Ocean State”, which was emphasized in Lai Ching-te's “inaugural address”. The DPP authorities has derived political manipulation of “de-sinicization” to geography education in Taiwan's region secondary schools, transforming geographical affiliation, regional identity and political positioning, and serious distorting the national identity of Taiwan's region young people. By analyzing the content of the secondary school geography curricula and textbooks in the Taiwan region since the mid and late 20th century, we observe the specific mode and complexity of the DPP authorities' promotion of desinicization with the help of the geography education of “Ocean State”.The geography education of “Ocean State” is gradually promoting the development of “Taiwan's Subjective Consciousness” among the young generation and is accelerating the “indigenization” transformation Taiwan regional politics.
