摘 要:目的总结当前“医教协同”公共卫生硕士(MPH)专业学位研究生培养模式的问题,以提升MPH专业学位研究生培养质量。方法以陕西中医药大学为例,基于问卷调查并结合文献阅读,分析当前MPH专业学位研究生培养模式存在的问题。结果共计发放问卷60份,收集有效问卷57份,问卷有效率为95.0%。其中研究生导师9名(15.8%)、研究生48名(84.2%)。对于学校课程安排设置,有54.2%的研究生认为课程较为注重理论知识,而41.7%的研究生表示理论与实践安排合理。有66.7%的研究生进入过专业实践,实践地点多在疾病预防控制中心以及医院。“医教协同”MPH专业学位研究生培养中,存在着课程体系设置不合理、师生交流有待加强、社会实践管理不足等问题。实践与教学结合、加强社会实践监管、加强院系与实践机构的联系等措施可有助于MPH专业学位研究生培养质量的提升。结论目前,我国“医教协同”MPH专业学位研究生培养工作仍处于起步阶段,对于培养过程中发现的问题需针对性改善,以提高MPH专业学位研究生的社会实践和专业实践能力。Objective To summarize the current problems in"Medical-Educational Collaboration"training mode for masters of public health(MPH)professional degree postgraduates and improve the training quality of MPH professional degree postgraduates.Methods Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine was taken as an example,based on questionnaire survey and literature reading,the problems existing in the current training mode of MPH professional degree postgraduates were analyzed.Results A total of 60 questionnaires were distributed and 57 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 95.0%.Of these,9(15.8%)were graduate instructors and 48(84.2%)were graduate students.For the arrangement of school curriculum,54.2%of the graduate students thought that the curriculum pays more attention to theoretical knowledge,while 41.7%of the graduate students said that the arrangement of theory and practice was reasonable.66.7%of graduate students had entered professional practice,and the practice sites were mostly in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and hospitals.There were some problems in the training of MPH professional degree postgraduates,such as unreasonable curriculum system,communication between teachers and students to be strengthened,and insufficient management of social practice.Measures such as combining practice with teaching,strengthening the supervision of social practice,and strengthening the connection between departments and practical institutions can help improve the training quality of MPH professional degree postgraduate.Conclusion At present,the"Medical-Educational Collaboration"training mode for MPH professional degree postgraduates in China is still in its infancy.The problems found in the training process need to be improved in order to enhance the social practice and professional practice ability of MPH professional degree postgraduates.
