摘  要:目的:探讨初中生的学习拖延和一般自我效能感在成就动机与考试焦虑之间的链式中介作用。方法:使用成就动机量表、一般自我效能感量表、拖延量表和考试焦虑量表对607名初中生进行调查研究。结果:初中生成就动机、考试焦虑、一般自我效能感和学习拖延两两显著相关(P<0.01);成就动机对考试焦虑的直接效应显著(效应值=-0.338,95%置信区间为-0.412~-0.260,占总效应75.45%),并且学习拖延和一般自我效能感在成就动机与考试焦虑之间的链式中介作用也显著(效应值=0.065,95%置信区间为0.041~0.095,占总效应-14.51%)。结论:成就动机不仅可以直接影响初中生的考试焦虑,还可以通过提升一般自我效能感和降低学习拖延来间接预防或缓解个体的考试焦虑。Objective:To explore the chain mediating effects of academic procrastination and general self-efficacy on achievement motivation and test anxiety among junior high school students.Methods:A total of 607 junior high school students were surveyed by the Achievement Motivation Scale(AMS),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),Procrastination Scale(TPS)and Test Anxiety Scale(TAS).Results:There were significant correlations among achievement motivation,test anxiety,general self-efficacy and academic procrastination for junior high school students(P<0.01).the direct effect of achievement motivation on test anxiety was significant(effect size=-0.338,95%confidence interval is-0.412~-0.260,accounting for 75.45%of the total effect).In addition,the chain mediating effect of academic procrastination and general self-efficacy in the achievement motivation and test anxiety were significant(effect size=0.065,95%confidence interval is 0.041~0.095,accounting for-14.51%ofthe total effect).Conclusion:The achievement motivation can directly affect the test anxiety of junior high school students.It can also indirectly relieve the test anxiety of junior high school students by improving general self-efficacy and reducing academic procrastination.
