摘　　要：高校理工科研究生党支部是国家培养科技前沿和关键领域高层次人才的重要育人阵地和思想引领阵地。面对新时代对高校理工科研究生党支部建设和发挥作用提出的新的更高的要求,如何提高理工科研究生党支部建设质量,强化党支部战斗堡垒作用,成为高校党建工作重要且迫切的问题。通过分析高校理工科研究生党支部建设面临的新形势新要求和存在的问题,从立足点、关键点和突破点等方面探索了提高高校理工科研究生党支部建设实效性的路径。Party Branch of Science&Engineering graduate students in colleges and universities is an important position,which is a nurturing and ideological leadership position for the country to cultivate high-level talents in the frontier and key fields of Science&Engineering.In the face of higher new requirements for the construction and functioning of Party branches in the new era,how to improve the quality of the construction and strengthen the role of Party Branches as a fighting fortress has become an important and urgent issue of Party building in colleges and universities.First of all,this paper analyzes the new situation,new requirements and existing problems faced by Party Branch building of Science&Engineering graduate students in colleges and universities.Then,the paper explores the path to improve the effectiveness of Party Branch building of Science&Engineering graduate students in colleges and universities from the aspects of landing point,key point and breakthrough point.
