摘 要:为拓宽废弃烟秆资源化利用的途径,采用蒸汽爆破技术处理烟秆制备低聚木糖,并分析了爆破压强和保压时间对烟秆中半纤维素解聚为低聚木糖的影响,采用扫描电镜和衰减全反射红外光谱技术对反应前后烟秆样品的结构进行了表征。结果表明:①烟秆经蒸汽爆破处理后,大部分半纤维素组分被解聚为低聚木糖。在爆破压强为1.8 MPa、保压时间为300 s条件下,低聚木糖的产率最高,每100 g烟秆为6.85 g,但过高的压强或过长的保压时间会使低聚木糖进一步降解,其产率降低。②蒸汽爆破处理可使烟秆表面结构变得疏松,将烟秆中大部分半纤维素解聚为低聚木糖,但对纤维素和木质素的解聚没有产生明显影响。该方法可为经处理烟草秸秆生产精细化学品提供技术支持。In order to expand the ways to utilize discarded tobacco stalks,a simple and environmentally friendly method of steam explosion for the production of xylooligosaccharide(XOS)was investigated.The reaction pressure and pressure holding time of the steam explosion treatment were investigated for the depolymerization of hemicellulose components in tobacco stalks to XOS.Tobacco stalks before and after steam explosion were characterized by SEM and ATR-IR.The results showed that:1)Most of the hemicellulose component of tobacco stalks was successfully depolymerized to XOS.As much as 6.85 g of XOS per 100 g tobacco stalk was obtained under 1.8 MPa reaction pressure with 300 s reaction time.However,higher pressure or longer holding time could degrade XOS and decreased the yield.2)The fiber structure was destroyed and most of the hemicellulose was depolymerized,but the cellulose and lignin components in the tobacco stalks were well preserved during the process.The developed method shows a good potential for the utilization of tobacco stalks to produce fine chemicals.
