摘 要:通过系统综述美国医疗机构、图书馆和药房在组织健康素养建设中的背景与特征,重点探讨了三者在提升公众健康素养方面的共性与差异。研究发现,尽管医疗机构、图书馆和药房在服务对象的范围、健康服务的形式以及评价工具的应用等方面存在一定的差异,但均在实现全面健康素养中发挥至关重要的作用。基于上述研究,提出构建健康素养支持性环境的新启示:加强组织健康素养体系建设,推动组织间的交流与合作,旨在为落实健康中国战略提供新的理论依据。This paper systematically reviews the backgrounds and characteristics of organizational health literacy(OHL)construction in American healthcare institutions,libraries,and pharmacies,with a focus on exploring the commonalities and differences among these three entities in enhancing public health literacy.The research finds that,despite certain differences in the scope of service populations,forms of health services,and the application of evaluation tools among healthcare institutions,libraries,and pharmacies,all play a crucial role in achieving comprehensive health literacy.Based on these findings,this paper proposes new insights for constructing a supportive environment for health literacy:strengthening the construction of organizational health literacy systems and promoting inter-organizational communication and collaboration,with the aim of providing new theoretical foundations for the realization of the Healthy China strategy.
