摘 要:对于企业来讲,哪里体制活、哪里环境好,哪里就能吸引人才;哪里平台大、哪里服务优,哪里就能留住人才。本文以中原油田为例,详细阐述建机制、搭平台、优服务、强保障等措施,深入推进“人才强企”战略,实现人才引得来、留得住、用得好。For enterprises,where systems are dynamic and the environment is favorable,talent will be attracted;where platforms are large and services are excellent,talent will be retained.Taking Zhongyuan Oilfield as an example,this paper elaborates on measures such as building mechanisms,setting up platforms,optimizing services,and strengthening guarantees,which are deeply promoting the“Talent Strengthening Enterprise”strategy to ensure that talent can be attracted,retained,and utilized effectively.
