摘  要:针对智能小车在无线充电过程中的传输效率与安全控制调节矛盾,利用BQ24640充电芯片来控制MOSFET开关频率和占空比来实现恒流和恒压充电切换,高精度调节充电电流和电压,保障整个充电过程功率恒定,提升了状态监控和安全处置能力。利用搭建的智能小车平台进行无线充电的进行测试工作,电能传输效率在恒功率阶段维持在70%~74%。在对超级电容无线充电的基础上输出3.3 V、5 V、12 V等常用电压,满足智能小车运行时对电源的多项需求,为中小功率无线充电方式提供可选执行方案。In response to the contradiction between transmission efficiency and safety control regulation in the wireless charging process of smart cars,the BQ24640 charging chip is used to control the MOSFET switch frequency and duty cycle to achieve constant current and constant voltage charging switching,high⁃precision adjustment of charging current and voltage,ensuring constant power throughout the charging process,and improving state monitoring and safety disposal capabilities.The test work of wireless charging is carried out by using the platform of intelligent car.The power transmission efficiency was maintained at 70%~74%during the constant power stage.On the basis of wireless charging of supercapacitors,commonly used voltages such as 3.3 V、5 V、12 V are output to meet multiple power requirements for the operation of smart cars,providing optional execution solutions for small and mediumsized power wireless charging methods.
