摘  要:“双一流”学科建设将学科监测作为其建设成效的主要评价方法,具备常态化、数据密集型等特点和优势。为进一步明确院系作为建设单位的主体责任和自主性,需要加强监测与评估的一体化,突出评价方法的问题导向和需求导向。“双一流”学科建设成效评价方法从学科监测到学科分析的优化路径是:在教育部层面改革顶层设计,在高校层面下沉资源配置,在院系层面强化组织能力。Discipline monitoring,as the primary evaluation method of effectiveness for“Double World-Class”construction,is characterized by its normalization and data-intensive nature.In order to clarify and specify the responsibility and initiative of a particular department as a construction unit,strengthen the inte⁃gration of monitoring and assessment,and highlight the problem-oriented and demand-oriented nature of the evaluation methods,this study adopts the Institutional Research theory and summarizes extensive working prac⁃tices.Then the paper posits“discipline self-analysis”as the enhancement of current evaluation methods of ef⁃fectiveness.In conclusion,as a form of self-evaluation at the department level,the discipline self-analysis de⁃mands the Ministry of Education to delegate certain authority and conduct key indicator assessments.It also re⁃quires universities to allocate the relevant resources to the department level and departments to enhance their organizational and mobilization capabilities for“Double World-Class”construction.
