摘  要:以某中成制药企业处理工业废水的活性污泥为研究对象,通过分离纯化技术获得一株指示性单一丝状菌,设置菌体生长温度为20、24、28、32、36℃,pH为3.0、4.0、5.0、6.0、7.0、8.0和9.0,测定不同生长条件下菌体的菌落数量及对COD和氨氮的去除率。结果显示:温度为28℃,pH为7.0~8.0时,该指示性丝状菌生长状态最佳。同时将纯化后丝状菌接种于活性污泥中处理废水,运行一段时间,主要监测指标为MLSS 2.67 g/L、SV 20%、SVI 74.9 mL/g,出口水质达标,为BOD 525 mg/L,COD 68 mg/L,SS 20 mg/L。An indicative single filamentous bacterium was obtained from the activated sludge of industrial wastewater treated by a pharmaceutical company.The growth temperature of the bacteria was set at 20℃,24℃,28℃,32℃and 36℃,and pH at 3.0,4.0,5.0,6.0,7.0,8.0,and 9.0.The number of colonies and the removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen were measured under different growth conditions.The results showed that the growth state of the indicative filamentous bacteria was the best when the temperature was 28℃and pH was 7.0-8.0.At the same time,the purified filamentous bacteria were inoculated into the activated sludge to treat the wastewater for a period of time.The main monitoring indexes were MLSS 2.67g/L,SV 20%and SVI 74.9mL/g.The export water quality,which is BOD 525 mg/L,COD 68 mg/L,SS 20 mg/L,can meet the standard.
