基于人工智能背景的高职院校教师发展能力提升途径与方法研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着人工智能(AI)在教育教学中的深入应用,教育领域经历了一场深刻的变革。区别于本科院校的培养方式,高职院校更专注于培养技能型人才,对教师的能力发展有着更高的要求。调查结果显示,AI技术的引入对青年教师的教学起到了十分关键的作用,多数教师认为它能提高高职教育教学质量。其中,73.91%的教师表示愿意参加AI技术相关的培训以提高教学水平;69.57%的教师认为AI辅助工具有助于实现自我提升。In recent years,with the deepening application of artificial intelligence(AI)in education and teaching,the field of education has undergone a profound transformation.Different from the training methods of undergraduate colleges,vocational colleges focus more on cultivating skilled talents and have higher requirements for the development of teachersabilities.The survey results show that the introduction of artificial intelligence technology has played a crucial role in the teaching of young teachers,and most teachers believe that it can improve the quality of vocational education teaching.Among them,73.91%of teachers expressed willingness to participate in training related to artificial intelligence technology to improve their teaching level.69.57%of teachers believe that artificial intelligence assisted tools can help achieve self-improvement.
