摘　　要：Dickkop-1作为一种分泌性蛋白质,其在多种实体肿瘤和血液系统肿瘤中均高表达,并且DKK1对大多数肿瘤患者的预后具有一定的预测作用。多种研究表明DKK1不仅直接影响肿瘤细胞增殖、血管生成等生物学行为,还可以通过诱导免疫抑制性肿瘤微环境影响肿瘤免疫治疗的疗效。中和DKK1信号不仅可以逆转肿瘤抑制性免疫微环境,对肿瘤远处转移比如脑转移、骨转移等也具有一定的对症缓解作用。DKK1抗体已经广泛应用于多种肿瘤的临床前研究和临床研究,为肿瘤的综合性治疗提供了新的治疗策略。Dickkop-1,a secreted protein,is highly expressed in a variety of solid tumors and hematological tumors,and DKK1 can predict the prognosis of most tumor patients.Many studies have shown that DKK1 not only directly affects the biological behavior of tumor cell proliferation and angiogenesis,but also affects the efficacy of tumor immunotherapy by inducing immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment.Neutralization of DKK1 signal can not only reverse the tumor inhibitory immune microenvironment,but also have a certain symptomatic remission effect on distant tumor metastases such as brain metastasis and bone metastasis.DKK1 antibody has been widely used in preclinical and clinical studies of a variety of tumors,providing a new therapeutic strategy for the comprehensive treatment of tumors.
