摘 要:中职学生文化是中职学校文化的重要组成部分,对于学生发展具有重要价值。近年来,中职学校文化建设取得了显著成就。但中职学校仍存在刻意博取认同、被动循规蹈矩、价值认同不准、矮化自身定位等中职学生文化异化的现象。究其原因,主要在于中职学生盲目汲取异质文化招致的精神迟滞、中职学校文化功能价值错置引致文化需求的坐标偏失、中职学生家庭不良教养方式催生的偏执行为、社会结构分层诱发中职学生的自我贬抑等。为了重塑健康和谐的中职学生文化,应引导中职学生塑构积极的身份认同和教育期待,建设以学生为中心的学校文化生态圈,发挥家庭教养和同辈文化对中职学生的导向作用,营造有利于中职学生多元成才的批判性教学文化。The culture of secondary vocational school students is an important part of the overall school culture,and plays a significant role in the development of students.In recent years,secondary vocational schools have made remarkable progress in cultural development.However,issues such as the deliberate pursuit of recognition,passive conformity,inaccurate value identification,and the degradation of selfpositioning still persist among secondary vocational school students,indicating a cultural alienation.The causes of these phenomena mainly lie in the students'blind absorption of foreign cultures leading to spiritual stagnation,the misplacement of secondary vocational school culture's functional value leading to a skewed cultural demand,biased behaviors fostered by poor family upbringing,and self-deprecation induced by social stratification.In order to reshape a healthy and harmonious secondary vocational school student culture,it is crucial to guide students in constructing a positive identity and educational expectations,build a student-centered school cultural ecosystem,leverage the guiding role of family upbringing and peer culture,and foster a critical teaching culture that is conducive to the diverse development of secondary vocational school students.
