摘　　要：文章探讨了提升儿童图书馆员专业素养的关键路径,包括图画书的广泛阅读、书目推荐的意义和方法、图画书鉴赏能力的培养及推荐书目之前的准备工作。同时提出,通过大量阅读、积累实际案例以及与出版社的沟通,图书馆员可以为读者提供更精准的服务,激发儿童的阅读兴趣,并成为儿童阅读的专业指导者,为儿童的早期阅读发展提供支持。This paper explores the key paths to improve the professional skills of children s librarians,includinging extensive reading of picture books,the importance and methods of book recommendations,the cultivation of picture book appreciation skills,and preparation work before recommending books.This paper suggests that through extensive reading,accumulation of practical case,and communication with publishers,librarians can provide readers with more targeted services,stimulate children s reading interest,and become professional guides for children s reading,providing support for children s early reading development.
