心理干预改善抑郁症患者睡眠质量和临床症状的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究在对抑郁症患者护理时实施心理干预对患者睡眠质量以及抑郁症状的改善效果。方法:选取2021年3月至2023年10月龙岩市第三医院收治的抑郁症患者86例作为研究对象,通过Excel随机分为对照组(奇数组)和观察组(偶数组),每组43例。对照组接受常规护理支持,观察组接受心理干预。对2组患者心理状态、睡眠质量、生命质量进行比较。结果:干预后,焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分观察组均较低(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生命质量指数(QLI)评分更低(P<0.05),观察组患者每天睡眠时间、夜间觉醒次数以及入睡时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在抑郁症患者护理期间开展心理干预支持,可以提升患者睡眠质量,改善其心理状态,提高其生命质量,有利于其的恢复。Objective:To explore the effect of implementing psychological care in the care of patients with depression on improving their sleep quality and depressive symptoms.Methods:A total of 86 depression patients were selected from the Third Hospital of Longyan City from March 2021 to October 2023,and the patients were randomly sorted using Excel,ranging from 0 to 86.During odd numbered treatment,routine nursing support was provided(43 cases,control group),while even numbered patients received psychological care(43 cases,observation group).Compare the psychological status,sleep quality,quality of life.Results:The SDS,SAS scores and PSQI scores were lower in the observation group after intervention(P<0.05).The QLI score of quality of life was lower in the observation group after intervention(P<0.05).The observation group had advantages in daily sleep time,number of nighttime awakenings,and sleep onset time compared to the control group(P<0.05)。Conclusion:Providing psychological care during the nursing period for patients with depression can improve their sleep quality,improve their psychological state,increase their quality of life,which is beneficial for their recovery.
