摘 要:“新文科+课程思政”要求大学英语教师具备跨学科政治素养、跨学科专业素养、跨学科人文素养与跨学科数字素养,以适应达成新环境下的“立德树人”目标。兼合博亚特兹与科萨根洋葱模型,构建了由内至外的动机使命(立德树人)、信仰(跨学科政治素养)、自我认知(跨学科人文素养)、知识技能(跨学科专业素养和跨学科数字素养)、环境(新文科与课程思政)的素养洋葱模型,创建了以学科融合下课程思政能力、语料库建设、教师共同体建设的素养培育模型,从而形成了多维全面素养培育体系。The construction of“New Liberal Arts and Curriculum for Ideological and Political Education”requires university English teachers to possess interdisciplinary political literacy,interdisciplinary specialty literacy,interdisciplinary humanity literacy,and interdisciplinary digital literacy so as to adapt to and achieve the goal of strengthening moral education and cultivating talents.Combined Boyatzis’s and Korthagen’s onion model,the study constructs an onion model of motivation and mission(moral education),belief(interdisciplinary political literacy),self-awareness(interdisciplinary humanity literacy),knowledge and skills(interdisciplinary specialty literacy and interdisciplinary digital literacy),and context(new liberal arts and curriculum-based ideological and political education)from the inside out.It also creates a literacy cultivation model for curriculum-basedideologicaland politicalabilities,corpus construction,construction of teachers’communitiesagainst the background of interdisciplinary disciplines,framing a multi-dimensional and comprehensive literacy cultivation system.
