摘 要:目的了解新形势下医学检验技术专业本科生专业思想稳定性和学业满意度的基本情况,并探究其相关性。方法使用问卷调查法对265名医学检验技术专业本科生进行调查分析,调查内容包括一般资料、专业了解情况、专业评价、学业表现、专业思想稳定性。结果163人(61.51%)选择医学检验技术专业是自主报考,125人(47.17%)对所学专业了解程度一般。194人(73.21%)认为医学检验技术专业社会地位一般,146人(55.09%)认为专业发展一般。在学习时间投入方面,181人(68.30%)课外学习时间为2小时以内,188人(70.94%)仅是偶尔翻阅或查找临床相关课程知识。123人(46.42%)考虑过转专业,124人(46.79%)不愿意将所学专业推荐给他人。χ~2检验结果显示,学生的学业满意度与其学习时间投入、是否自愿选择本专业、对专业的社会地位评价、是否考虑转专业以及毕业后是否从事本专业相关工作之间存在明显关联(P<0.05)。结论医学检验技术专业学生对所学专业认可度一般,专业思想稳定性亟待加强,专业思想稳定性与学业满意度相关。因此,需要加强本科生专业思想教育,提高其对专业的认识水平,从而增强其专业思想稳定性、提高学业满意度。Objective To learn the basic situation of stability of professional thinking and academic satisfaction of undergraduates majoring in medical laboratory technology under the new trend,as well as the correlation.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 265 undergraduates majoring in medical laboratory technology,including general information,professional learning situation,professional evaluation,academic performance,and stability of professional thinking.Results 163(61.51%)chose to apply for the medical laboratory technology major independently,while 125(47.17%)had average learning of their major.194(73.21%)believe that the social status of medical laboratory technology is average,while 146(55.09%)believe that the professional development is average.In terms of time investment in learning,181(68.30%)have less than 2 hours of extracurricular learning time,and 188(70.94%)only occasionally browse or search for clinical related course knowledge.123(46.42%)have considered to change majors,while 124(46.79%)are unwilling to recommend their major to others.The?字2 test results show that there is a significant correlation between students'academic satisfaction and their investment in learning time,whether they voluntarily choose their major,their social status evaluation of the major,whether they consider transferring majors,and whether they will engage in related work in their major after graduation(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical laboratory technology students have a general recognition of their major,and the stability of their professional thinking needs to be strengthened urgently.The stability of their professional thinking is related to academic satisfaction.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen undergraduates,professional ideological education,improve their level of learning of the profession,thereby enhancing their stability of professional thinking and improving academic satisfaction.
